Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Qurina Discord bot and website. By using Qurina you agree to them, and you may stop using it at any time if you don't.
Using Qurina
You must be at least 13, or older if Discord's minimum age in your region is higher, and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your Discord account and everything done with it. Before using the bot you must verify your account on our website. What you provide must be accurate, and we may refuse or revoke a verification, for example if we suspect multiple accounts.
Cards, items and currency
Cards, dyes and items (including frames, gold, essence, gems and banner tickets) are virtual and are licensed to you for use inside Qurina only. They are not property and have no cash value, and they can't be exchanged for money. We may adjust, reset, rebalance or remove them to keep the game fair, secure or working. Trades and gifts between players are final, and we don't reverse or replace items lost through completed trades, scams or mistakes, although we may step in for bugs or clear abuse.
Buying gems
- Gems are bought through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable once the gems are credited, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If a payment went wrong, contact support@qurina.com with your Discord ID and payment details, within 7 days if the amount credited was wrong.
- If you live in the EU or UK: gems are digital content that we credit immediately. By buying them you ask us to deliver right away and accept that you lose your legal right to withdraw once they are credited.
- Opening a chargeback without contacting us first can lead to a permanent block.
- Drops, dyes and banner pulls are chance-based, and buying gems doesn't guarantee any card or result.
Playing fair
Don't use bots, scripts or other automation, or exploit bugs, to gain cards, gold or items. Don't run multiple accounts to farm rewards or move items between your own accounts to gain an advantage. Don't buy, sell or trade items or accounts for real money outside Qurina. Don't harass other players or use Qurina for spam or abuse, and don't disrupt or break into the service. Found a bug? Report it in our support server instead of using it.
Blocks and appeals
We may warn, restrict, reset items for, or permanently block any account, at our discretion and especially for breaking these terms. Blocked accounts can't use Qurina again and aren't eligible for refunds. If you think a block was a mistake, you can appeal in our support server or by email. We'll take another look, but the final decision is ours.
Artwork
Card art shows characters and artwork that belong to their creators and rights holders, and Qurina claims no ownership of them. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, email support@qurina.com and we will review it promptly.
Availability and liability
Qurina is provided "as is" and "as available". We can't promise it will always be running or error-free, and cards and items can be lost or rolled back because of bugs, outages or maintenance. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Qurina after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@qurina.com or our support server.
