Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains what data the Qurina Discord bot and website collect and how it is used. By using Qurina you agree to it.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the game, process purchases, and keep Qurina fair and safe. That includes detecting bots, exploits and multiple accounts, for example by comparing IP addresses, and fixing bugs. We also use it where the law requires, such as for accounting records. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who has access

Only the people who run Qurina, plus these services we rely on:

We may share data with authorities if the law requires it. Some game data, such as a card you own, is visible to other players unless you hide it with the bot's privacy command. Our providers may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account data. Deleting removes your collection and progress permanently, and unspent gems are not refunded. Cards you own may move to a bot-controlled account instead of being destroyed, so print numbers stay consistent. We keep what the law requires and what is needed to keep a block in force. If you live in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to or restrict our processing and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email support@qurina.com with your Discord user ID. We may ask you to prove you control the account.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, and Cloudflare sets its own security cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Age

You must be at least 13, or older if Discord's minimum age in your region is higher. If we learn that a younger child has given us data, we will delete it.

Security and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy, and the date above shows the latest version.
